Log into your Homefeel account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
